How the Process Works

The Valuer has to do research on the economic environment, the property (Title Deed, zoning and municipal information) and its location.

An on site inspection of improvements will be done by the Tirisano Team: The condition of construction, accommodation offered and additional facilities will be noted, improvements measured and photographs taken for the report. All the value adding attributes of the property and other disclosed information will enable the Valuer to apply the applicable Valuation Method to arrive at a fair and reasonable Market Value for your property.
